Today the group went to the northern part of the city. Beginning at Downtown Dubai and continuing with the historic town.
Today and yesterday were completely different. We woke up very early in the morning to watch the sunrise on the Burj Khalifa. It was an amazing experience! After descending we took the metro to the old town to go to the Centre of Cultural Understanding, where we had a brunch organised by locals. We talked with them about their life and how they like to live. To complete the historical part of our journey we visited the Dubai Museum.
We ended the day by visiting the Souks in the north. These are markets dedicated to selling one type of product, like clothes, spices or gold.
Tomorrow we will split into two groups. One is going to the company of DEWA and one is going to Masdar City and Abu Dhabi.
